The School Equipment Borrowing and Monitoring System in Nilo National High School is a capstone project developed to provide an organized, efficient, and reliable way of managing the borrowing and returning of school equipment.
The system is designed to assist Nilo National High School in maintaining equipment records, monitoring borrowed and returned items, recording equipment conditions, identifying overdue equipment, and keeping accurate transaction records.
Through digital record management and QR-based equipment identification, the system aims to improve equipment monitoring, strengthen accountability, and provide the school with a more convenient method of managing its equipment.
